Exchange Policy

At ModaXX, we value our customers and strive to provide complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.

1. Eligibility Window

Products are eligible for exchange within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Goods

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not qualify for exchange.

3. Exchange Procedure

Customers are required to notify us via email or phone with order details and reason for exchange. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us. After inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched promptly.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items such as custom-made products, clearance sale items, or products marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for exchange.

5. Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a product defect or incorrect item shipped by ModaXX.
